The registration fee for RAW TRAILS – EASTERN GHATS OFF-ROAD 2026 is ₹3,000 per rider. Group discounts are applied as follows:

• 2–4 riders: 5% discount per rider
• 5–9 riders: 10% discount per rider
• 10+ riders: 15% discount per rider

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with your Registration ID.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Registration transfers to another rider are permitted up to 14 days before the event, subject to a transfer fee of ₹200. The new participant must meet all eligibility requirements and submit their details via email to [email protected].

Transferred registrations are non-refundable once the transfer is processed.

If RAW TRAILS ADV cancels the event due to force majeure (natural disaster, government orders, severe weather, pandemic, or other circumstances beyond our control), participants will be offered:

• Full credit towards a future RAW TRAILS ADV event (valid for 12 months), OR
• A 70% refund of the registration fee (30% retained to cover non-recoverable event costs)

RAW TRAILS ADV shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with a cancelled event.

If the event is modified (route change, date change, format change) due to safety or operational reasons, no refund will be issued. Participants who cannot attend the modified event may apply for a credit towards a future event.

Participants disqualified for misconduct, gear non-compliance, or violation of event rules are not entitled to any refund.
